Who we are

This site is run by Energi Games. For anything about your data, write to hello@energigames.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you give one, the topic you pick and your message. If you ask us to reply on Telegram or Discord, your username there. If you write about adding our games or an exclusive, anything you choose to add about your casino: its website, markets, budget, timeline and the games you are interested in. We also note the country your connection comes from (a two-letter code from our hosting network), which helps us answer operators in the right market.

To stop spam: your IP address is used, for that request only, to limit how many messages one connection can send. It is never stored as is: we keep a keyed, one-way hash of it for at most 24 hours.

The age question: when you confirm you are 18 or over, your browser remembers it for 30 days. That note stays on your device; it is never sent to us.

What we do not collect: there are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and nothing about your visit is sold or shared for marketing.

Why, and on what basis

We use your message to answer it, and, if we end up working together, to keep track of that conversation. Under the GDPR the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us, or the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. Spam protection rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel hosts the site and runs the form.
• Resend delivers the form to our inbox as an email.
• Our email provider stores that email in the hello@energigames.com mailbox.
• Discord receives a short alert that a new message has arrived. The alert contains nothing from your message.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, under their own safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and are then deleted. Rate-limit hashes are gone within 24 hours.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@energigames.com and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms of use.
