Responsible gaming

Slots are entertainment. They stop being fun the moment they cost more than you meant to spend, so here is how the numbers work and where to get help.

Adults only

Our games are for people aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. Casinos check this when you open an account.

What RTP means

Every game lists its RTP, its return to player. It is an average over millions of rounds: a game with an RTP of 96% pays back 96% of what is staked, across all players and all that time. It says nothing about one session. You can lose your whole budget quickly, and big wins are rare by design. Bonus buys cost more per round and do not change those odds in your favour.

Keep it fun

  • Decide what you can afford to lose before you start, and stop when it is gone.
  • Set a time limit, and take breaks.
  • Never chase losses. The next spin does not owe you anything.
  • Do not play to make money, to pay bills, or when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.
  • Use the tools your casino gives you: deposit and loss limits, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion.

Signs it is time to stop

  • You spend more money or time than you planned, again and again.
  • You borrow, or use money meant for something else, to play.
  • You hide your play from people close to you.
  • You feel anxious, low or irritable when you are not playing.
